Feasbility study: Electric boiler 5 MW, Hungary

Our company prepared a feasibility study of electric boiler implementation in a heating plant in the northern Hungary.
 
The study assessed:
  • high and low voltage connections
  • connection to distributed heating system
  • technical possibilities to delived the thermal energy to DHS and heat storage system
  • type of electric boiler (10,5 kV electrode or 0,4 kV heating elements)
The study included calculation of CAPEX and OPEX based on quotations for the key components (pumps, heat exchanger, transformer, boilers).
