We coordinated the general overhaul of the CHP plant incinerating baled straw. We performed services as the Owner's Engineer for the plant's owner and operator – CEZ Group.

BFS Industry activities:

• Planning of the scope of the general overhaul of the CHP plant
• Coordination of procurement of suppliers
• Supervision and coordination of assembly works
• Coordination of the process of demonstrating the guaranteed parameters and handover of the work

Scope of the overhaul:

• Replacement of flue gas filter
• Replacement of heat exchanging surfaces of economizers and superheaters
• General overhaul of the turbogenerator
• Replacement of slag hoppers

Complete overhaul preparation: 01/2016 - 06/2017

Complete overhaul execution: 07/2017 - 08/2017
