INCREASING THE OUTPUT OF AN ELECTRIC BOILER, AUXILIEN, PŘÍBRAM, CZECHIA

We implemented a project to increase the output of the electric boiler from the original 12 to 18 MW. The modification included replacement of pumps, modification of the heat exchanger and modifications on the HV side - replacing the isolating transformer with a choke to eliminate short-circuit currents.

BFS Industry activities:

  • Elaboration of a feasibility study to determine the optimal increased output of the electric boiler room
  • Elaboration of project documentation of mechanical, LV, HV
  • Commercial security of individual deliveries
  • Coordination of implementation of modifications
  • Modification of PLC software
  • Creation of a new terminal for communication with ČEPS
  • Commissioning of the technology
